With an up-tempo R&B melody and classic Franklin lyrics, "Love Theory" has listeners feeling inspired and wanting to hit the dance floor. Long Live Love is Franklin's first new release since 2014's Losing My Religion and also commemorates the 25th anniversary since his debut, Kirk Franklin &
The Family.

In addition to finishing up his thirteenth studio album,
Franklin performed "Love Theory" on the 20th Super Bowl Gospel Celebration in Atlanta. The CD also includes the early hits OK, Just For Me, Father Knows Best, Strong God, Forever/ Beautiful Grace,
and Idols.
